How do I register my bags and get QR codes?

From the dashboard, go to My Baggage. Add your bags, then link them to a trip. You can generate QR codes from the trip detail view or from My Baggage. Print or save the QR codes and attach them to your luggage.

Attach the printed QR code tag to a visible, flat surface on your bag—such as the handle or a side panel. Make sure it's secure and won't fall off during handling.

How does bag detection work?

When you or other travelers point their phone cameras at the carousel, the app scans for QR codes. When your bag's code is detected, you receive a real-time alert with its location. The more people using the app, the better the detection.

How do I import a trip from my confirmation email?

Forward your flight confirmation (PDF or email) to trips.baggageassist@gmail.com using the same email as your account. The system will extract your trip details and add them automatically.
